We specialise in valuing, designing, and delivering site-specific and portfolio-scale Nature-based Solutions (NbS), enabling clients to integrate nature into opportunity and risk management, financial decision-making, and governance. Our work supports climate adaptation, ecosystem resilience, and long-term business value.

Decades of applied ecological expertise supporting public and private sector decisions and informing NbS project origination and design

Experience designing nature-linked finance instruments and aligning projects with evolving market expectations

Strategic insight into existing and forthcoming policies and regulations affecting land use, climate disclosure, nature markets, as well as nature-based claims
We provide a clear view of your climate and nature-related assets, dependencies, and risks - resulting in an enhanced materiality assessment of how they affect your business in the short and long-term. We then quantify natural capital value, and design KPIs that demonstrate impact across climate, nature, and social metrics, strengthening disclosure and investor alignment.
We co-design climate and nature opportunity creation, risk mitigation, and disclosure strategies aligned with your value chain, underpinned by science-based, financially relevant KPIs. These solutions are tailored to business priorities and long-term operational outcomes.
We support businesses and developments in defining and delivering their climate and nature strategies and targets. Our approach is tailored to the industry and its organizational goals, considering international and regional policy and economic contexts.
We support high-integrity project origination and design, helping ensure NbS components meet the standards required for due diligence, risk mitigation, and long-term environmental and social co-benefits such as license to operate, stakeholder engagement, robust benefit-sharing arrangements, ecosystem enhancement, and revenue diversification.
We provide strategic advice focused on policy and commercial aspects around land use, land use change and forestry, including capacity building sessions addressing main concepts, history and trends of nature markets (e.g., carbon and biodiversity projects). We provide strategic advice focused on policy and commercial aspects around land use, land use change and forestry, including capacity building sessions addressing main concepts, history and trends of nature markets (e.g., carbon and biodiversity projects). Due to our global experience and connections, we support with due diligence processes, project developer track record in key jurisdictions, selection of methodologies that allow for carbon integrity along with optimization of environmental and social co-benefits, in addition to bespoke integrity review of projects and developers with commercial and technical assessments. We also provide practical go-to-market strategies for investors and developers. In partnership with climate lawyers, we provide comprehensive due diligence reports of carbon and biodiversity projects and use insights gained from these processes to support with benefit-sharing contracts and commercialization of the correspondent credits.
We assess project viability, identify potential investors, and design strategies to improve alignment with sustainable finance frameworks and funder requirements. We help translate nature-positive design into investable, finance-eligible outcomes, enabling bond issuance, ESG-linked lending, and concessional funding access.
